What is Bitcoin?

How do I know that you receive funds?
You will get an email notification as soon as we receive the payment stating that your payment has been confirmed.
NOTE: After you make your payment, you take a screenshot of your transfer receipt or snap the transfer receipt and send it to the company email.
When do I receive tracking for my order?
We process and fulfill your orders from Monday to Sunday between noon and 5 p.m., so you should be receiving your tracking information within this time frame. If your order came in past 5 p.m., then it will be processed the next business day.
How do I know that my package has arrived?
Every order comes with a piece of separate email information. One for the shipping which will include your tracking information and another that will inform you that the package has been delivered.
Also, the driver or courier may ring the bell door when they come to drop off the package.
Do you ship on weekends?
We do not ship on Sundays. All orders placed after 5:00 pm cutoff on Saturday and during weekends will be shipped out on Monday.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Your order is eligible for a refund or exchange if any item inside is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Orders & Shipping
How will my order be packaged?
Your products will be packed in a discreet, smell-proof, mylar bag, which is heat and vacuum-sealed, and then shipped in a plain, unmarked box.
Our method of packaging allows for maximum freshness, odor protection, and privacy from unwanted attention.
When will my order ship out?
We ship out orders Monday to Friday except on holidays.
All orders with completed payments received by 7 AM will be shipped out the same day except on weekends.
Orders placed after 7 AM will be shipped out the following business day.
How can I track my package?
You can track your order on our site by clicking here, or you can go directly to the courier’s website on the tracking page and enter your tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order if it has not been sent out yet. You can cancel your order in your user account or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the cancellation request along with your order number.
You will not be able to cancel your order if it has already been sent out.
Do you ship with a signature requirement option?
No, Buy you can fill in the additional information box on the checkout page if you want to require a signature upon delivery of your package.
