The shipping methods we use to deliver on business days only (Monday-Friday). If you have placed an order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, the post office will not process your order until the next business day.
If you have placed an order before 1 pm EST, your order will be dropped off at the post office on the same day. Any orders placed after 1 PM CST will be dropped off at the post office the next morning.
Depending on the shipping method you have selected, orders may take anywhere between 2 to 5 business days to deliver. The post office does not process or ship orders over the weekend, so please keep this in mind.
Shipping FeeStandard Shipping is chargeable on all orders. Next Day Delivery Service is available for extra fees. All national orders should arrive in 2 to 3 days max. Orders going to the UK, Asia, Canada, Europe & UAE are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. All parcels are dispatched in secure, discreet, and unbranded packaging.
If you have incorrectly inputted your address and your order has not been shipped yet, you can submit a support ticket at d8superstore.freshdesk.com, and we will further assist you. We do not offer refunds on any orders with incorrect spelling or addresses.
Package Says Delivered, But It’s Not Here
Once in a while, tracking reports that orders were delivered before they are actually delivered. Please wait another business day to ensure that your package is not just running late. If your package is still missing, please contact your local package hub manager, depending on where you live, to inquire about your package. Unfortunately, once we have shipped out orders, it is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver them.
